Beth has a broad commercial practice and accepts briefs to advise and appear in State and Federal jurisdictions.
She specialises in construction and infrastructure disputes, with experience across major project litigation, expert determinations, arbitrations and adjudications. Her work regularly involves complex contractual interpretation, delay and disruption claims, defective work allegations, and professional negligence issues involving engineers, contractors, and principals.
Prior to commencing at the bar, Beth worked for several years at Clayton Utz.
Beth served as an associate to the Honourable Judge Kent KC and received the University Medal in Law and first-class honours, before being admitted to legal practice, first in session.
