Jon Patty commenced practice at the private bar in July 2024. Before that, he practised as a solicitor in litigation and insolvency for about 10 years.

Jon predominantly practises in the areas of commercial litigation and insolvency in the State and Federal Courts. He has acted for a variety of clients, including property developers, lenders, insolvency practitioners, and business owners, in many complicated and substantial litigious matters.
