Andrew has a broad commercial practice.
He appears predominantly in bankruptcy and insolvency matters and matters involving banking and finance, property disputes, business and contractual disputes, corporations law, equity, building and construction and fraud.
Andrew has a developing practice in private international law. His experience includes conflicts of laws, anti-suit injunctions, forum non conveniens, enforcement of foreign judgments and cross-border disputes.
Andrew regularly appears in the State and Federal Courts. He conducts applications, trials and appeals both led and unled.
Before coming to the Bar, Andrew practised as a solicitor in commercial litigation and insolvency for over six years at both an international and national firm. He practised in New Zealand, Sydney and Brisbane.
