Andrew has a broad commercial practice.

He appears predominantly in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, banking and finance matters, property disputes, business and contractual disputes, building and construction disputes, defamation matters, matters involving fraud and professional negligence claims. 

Before coming to the Bar, Andrew practised as a solicitor in commercial litigation and insolvency for over six years at both an international and national firm.    

Andrew practised as a solicitor in Brisbane, Sydney and New Zealand.

Andrew regularly appears in the State and Federal Courts.  He conducts applications, trials and appeals both led and unled.
