Odette was called to the bar in May 2025. She has a diverse practice spanning commercial litigation, planning and environment law, native title, succession law, and criminal and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the bar, Odette was a solicitor in the planning and environment team at Corrs Chambers Westgarth for six years. She also served as the Associate to the Members of the Land Court of Queensland and then as the Associate to His Honour Judge Jones of the District Court of Queensland.

Odette has a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science and Psychology) from the University of Queensland. She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 2017.
