Timothy Randall, Reader

Timothy commenced practice as a graduate in a regional law firm. He has worked as a solicitor in boutique litigation firms in Brisbane and has worked as a legal analyst (consultant) with a major commercial law firm. Prior to being called to the bar, Timothy was the associate to the Senior Judge Administrator, Justice Martin AM, in the Supreme Court of Queensland. 

Timothy holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Certificate in International Arbitration Practice from the College of Law, a Bachelor of Laws (First Class) and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) with Distinction from the University of Southern Queensland. 

Timothy presently serves as the Vice-President of the Queensland Young Lawyers. 

Timothy’s practice is primarily in commercial disputes.
