Timothy has a generalist practice accepting briefs in all areas of law except criminal, family and personal injury.
Prior to being called to the bar, Timothy was Associate to the Senior Judge Administrator, Justice Martin AM, of the Supreme Court of Queensland. He has also worked as a solicitor in boutique litigation firms.
Timothy holds a bachelor of Arts and Laws (First Class Honours) degrees from the University of Southern Queensland and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne. He is a reporter for the Queensland Law Reports.
