Madeleine maintains a broad civil practice, focussing predominantly on commercial litigation and employment and industrial law.

Madeleine regularly appears unled in state and federal courts and tribunals in Queensland and interstate as required.

In her early career, Madeleine was an Associate to a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia and an Industrial Commissioner of the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.

Madeleine finished her Bachelor of Laws with first class honours and holds a Bachelor of Arts with majors in English literature and art history. She has also completed the ARITA Advanced Certification in Insolvency Law.
